This Auto-Pédestre tours the surroundings of Schengen on the Luxembourg Moselle, between vine rows, orchards and glimpses across to the German bank. The route measures 5.4 km — about 1½ hours of walking, depending on pace. The route gathers about 150 m of ascent.
Along the way you pass Château de Schengen and Stromberg, among other sights. Like every Auto-Pédestre, the loop is permanently waymarked with the blue symbol and can be started at any point.
