Munshausen sits in the heart of the Éislek — the loop crosses the mix of ridgelines, forest and open pasture typical of the country's north. At 8.6 km, the circuit takes roughly 2½ hours. The route gathers about 250 m of ascent.
Worth a look en route: beim Engel and Robbesscheier. The circuit carries the blue Auto-Pédestre waymark throughout; being a loop, it has no fixed start.
