Cessange lies in the Guttland — quiet farm tracks, woodland passages and village edges give this loop its rhythm. The loop is 8.7 km long; at a normal pace expect about 2½ hours. There is barely any climbing, and most of the way follows forest and field tracks.
Field and forest tracks alternate with quiet back roads. The circuit carries the blue Auto-Pédestre waymark throughout; being a loop, it has no fixed start.
