Manternach belongs to the Mullerthal region — the tour mixes flowing forest trails with short, punchy ramps. The loop is 18.4 km long; at a normal pace expect about 2½ hours in the saddle. The route gathers about 290 m of climbing, with about half the distance unpaved.
On small tracks, the tour links the prettiest corners of the area. The tour is signposted as a loop and can be started anywhere — helmet on and off you go.
